Terms & Conditions – Ceremony Only Packages

  • Non-refundable Deposits for Heritage Garden Ceremony Packages (due at time of booking)
    • $250 non-refundable deposit for Marina Package
    • $350 non-refundable deposit for Laguna Package
    • $450 non-refundable deposit for Aqua Package
    • $550 non-refundable deposit for Harbor Package
  • Non-refundable Deposits are required upon making your reservation to secure your date.
    • Non-refundable Deposits are applied towards package total. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to event. Final balance is due 30 days prior to event.
  • There is no fee to reschedule your wedding date as long as we receive 90 days notice. If you cancel within 60 days of your event, 50% of the total is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your event, 100% of the total is non-refundable.
    • Sunset weddings are not available on Friday-Sunday for a ceremony only. Sunset times are reserved for ceremony with reception only.
    • No outside professional photography allowed. If you want to bring your own outside
      professional photographer, there is a $150 fee and professional photography coverage will be removed.
